55% English Pass Grade 10:

Pass 7 subjects on same level (L2/L3)

Fully promoted to next level (L3/L4)

Promoted to next level (L3/L4) and supplement or repeat the failed subjects

Repeat failed subjects. No promotion to next level subjects
Failed subjects: Supplement or repeat the subject
Student must register for supplement if he/she meets the minimum requirements and he/she must register to repeat the subject as well. If he/she passes the supp exam, the subject may be cancelled on full time basis.
May not enrol for the failed subject on the next level the current year. May only enrol for any next level subject if failed subject is not clashing on timetable. Failed subject is a priority.

NCV pass 5-6 Subjects  to be promoted to the next level

A year end school report for Gr 9 or higher; OR
NQF Level 1 Qualification (Form 2/ABET 4)
Preference will be given to grade 11 learners
Placement test is compulsory for new L2 students to enable the College to refer a learner to a suitable program
Compliance with minimum requirements for the specific program as indicated.
Preference will be given to learners with the highest performance.
Due to availability of space, admission is not guaranteed even if the placement test was passed.
For NCV programmes the following pass symbols are applicable:
50% in examinations for Vocational subjects
40% in examinations for Languages and Life Orientation and 30% for Maths or Maths Literacy.

Maximum time to complete NCV qualification will be 5 years
